Job Description
- Implement marketing strategy and campaigns for the exhibitions and non-exhibitions product with the aim of increasing data and satisfaction score
- To update and adhere an agreed marketing budget
- Implement marketing activities to promote the events including digital marketing, website, ATL/BTL promotion, e-mail, marketing and direct mail
- Copywriting and proofing for all marketing materials
- Execute marketing and media plan
- Create marketing presentation
- Exhibitor and visitor behaviour tracking
- Coordinate design and production for all marketing collaterals
- Develop press release, planning and handling press conference, and media relations
- Monitor data build, lead generation, and sales support
Requirement
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and articulate the context, outcomes, and impact of the analysis to a diverse audience from
- Executives to line-level employees
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects at once, with multiple stakeholders
- Minimum of 3+ years’ marketing experience within a services organization
- Strong Demand Generation/Lead creation marketing experience
- Experienced in managing multiple marketing campaigns is essential
- Experienced in nurturing marketing leads through to sales propositions
- Experienced in using Pardot and/or Canva platforms
- Degree level education in a Marketing or relatable field is preferred
- Confident and effective communicator, both written and oral, as well as presenting in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Good IT literacy and skills, i.e. proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
